Company telephone directory:
You can access your company-wide telephone directory (LDAP directory) with the help of this application, provided of course, that the telephone directory has been set up. Entries can be searched and used for dialling

Preconditions:
To be able to use the company telephone directory, this function must be set up correctly. Contact your competent authority/specialized staff.

Start search:
1.Double-click on the LDAP-symbol.
2.Choose a search option:
  BASIC SEARCH
  ADVANCED SEARCH
3.Invoke display keyboard.
4.Enter characters.
5.Close display keyboard.
6.Confirm SEARCH.
Thesearch resultis displayed.

Basic Search:
You can search in surname- and firstname-fields.
The * character is used in the input field as wild card.
Capital letter/small letter is not recognized.

Advanced Search:
You can search in all fields of the company telephone directory.
The * character is used in the input field as wild card.
Capital letter/small letter is not recognized.

Search result:
The results list contains one or more than one entry; the first entry is selected.

1.Choose desired entry and select it.
2.Choose VIEW, to see the entered information.
3.Choose DIAL, to see the entered telephone numbers.
4.Dial telephone number
or
4.Close application

Dial telephone number:
1.Select the desired telephone number in the register NUMBERS.
2.Choose DIAL.
3.The connection is set up.

Close application:
1.Click X; you are back at the search dialog.
2.Click X again; you are back at the start page.
